TECH CASTELL LTD. is looking for Call Center Agent/ Customer Care Executive for Night Shift.

Job Description
• Candidates have to make outbound calls to USA/Canada/UK/Australia.
• Required Agent(s) will have to work NIGHT SHIFT (10:00 PM-7: 00 AM)
• Project(s) require highly professional English speaking ability.

Educational Requirements
• O Level, A Level, HSC, Bachelor/ Masters degree in any discipline.
• Skills Required: Telecommunication Service – Excellent Communication Skill Over Phone.

SALARY: Tk. 10000 – Tk. 20000

Location: Nikunja 2, Khilkhet (Behind Dhaka Regency)

Additional Requirements
• Experienced in Call Center Industry
• Basic Computer knowledge
• Microsoft Office knowledge (excel, word, etc).
